This Senior Public Executive Seminar explored the following: effective implementation and management of the PSIRP, financial management, human resource management, performance culture and management, strategic leadership and change management, effective service delivery and the development of a strong service culture, information & communications technologies (ICTs), and good corporate governance. The focus was to develop strategic leadership and change management, effective service delivery and an ethical and service oriented culture.
