In Pursuit of Excellence: Developing and Maintaining a High Quality Public Service
Oct 4-5, 2005 - New Delhi, India Organised by CAPAM; hosted by the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, and co-hosted by the Canada School of Public Service. Participation was facilitated with financial support from the Commonwealth Fund for Technical Cooperation. This high level seminar brought together heads and directors of civil service training, learning and development institutes from 26 Commonwealth countries, and laid the foundations for cooperation among these institutions in the future.
